A five-day intensive designed for new supervisors as well as experienced supervisors seeking a refresher for mid-management roles. This program focuses on the transition from frontline oversight to strategic leadership — developing skills in team management, change leadership, and effective decision-making.

Participants work with practical tools in leveraging personal and team strengths, managing organizational change, situational awareness, and performance management. 

By the end of the week, you'll have:

  • Drafted an outline for navigating difficult conversations
  • Delivered a final mock presentation to “Admin” or “Governing Body”

In-Person | 40 hours (5 consecutive days)
