Jonathan Morris

Jonathan joined the Center for Public Safety Leadership in 2024. He has more than 25 years of experience designing and facilitating public safety and public sector leadership programs at all levels of government. He spent 13 years as an instructor with the KU Public Management Center where he designed the Law Enforcement Leadership Academy in partnership with KLETC.

Jonathan previously served as Program Manager of the Mid-America Regional Council Government Training Institute, as Program Director of a training center in New York City funded by the NYC Department of Mental Hygiene, and as an independent consultant supporting projects for the US Department of Justice and numerous local governments.
